International Conference IAFE-NRI in Jachranka

On 9-11 December 2013, in Jachranka international conference was held "The new EU agricultural policy - continuation or revolution?"
Conference was organized by the Institute of Agricultural and Food Economics - National Research Institute.

The conference was organized in the framework of multiannual research program ”Competitiveness of Polish food in the context of globalization and European integration”. The main idea of the Conference was to present the research results of the top representatives of research institutes and the leading authorities on the Common Agricultural Policy, especially in the three thematic areas:

  • new agricultural policy and competitiveness of the agricultural and food industry enterprises,
  • new agricultural policy and structural changes in rural areas and in agriculture,
  • new agricultural policy and alternative forms of farming in the conditions of climate change.
